The name of this wine lodge is « Thirty-Seven Percent », like the steep angle it overlooks which is so typical of the Riceys area. 
This tasting site within the vineyard provides a place to behold the landscape, another view, that is enhanced by the architecture of the lodge. In this little cabin, light peeks through holes in the outer panels. Inside, there is a small box accessible by a thin door allowing for one person to pass at a time, where you can sit and rest away from others. Here you can taste a glass of Guyard Lamoureux Champagne in a cozy atmosphere. Then you can have a seat on the deck to admire the view. Surrounded by slopes covered in vines, this structure guides your eyes toward the sky.

The wooden structure, clad with desks, appears here as a translation of the "cadoles", initially built of stones, which are still found in the vicinity of the lodge.
